We pride ourselves on working closely with attorneys, homebuyers or borrowers, real estate agents and lending professionals throughout the processing of a file until the closing date. We deliver a courteous professional service with excellent communication and speedy title searches. Our goal is to ensure that your closing is presented in a professional and organized manner. Our experienced settlement officers will ensure that questions are answered in plain language and that the closing process isn’t confusing or rushed.

Starting with the receipt of the initial order, we communicate and coordinate a schedule between parties. By maintaining this schedule, we mark milestones towards a set closing date.
